First Aid Course Joining Instructions
Thank you for choosing to complete your First Aid Training with First Aid and Safety Training.
The joining instructions for all our courses are below, the only aspect that will change is the start date of the course and location.

If you have any questions prior to your course please call on 0191 7166601 or email us direct at admin@firstaidsafetytraining.com.
The starting time for all courses is 9 am, please arrive 10 minutes early for a coffee and course registration.
Please ensure your name, address, email and phone number is clearly written on the registration document, these will be the details used for your certificate and where it will be emailed and posted.
We aim to be finished by the latest time of 4.30 pm, please make sure you allow enough time to cover this, the final assessment is completed in the last 30 minutes and if you leave early, you may fail the course.
Tea, coffee and biscuits are provided, please inform us if you have any allergies or requirements.
An ID check will be conducted during registration, any type of photo ID is fine for this.
Course Completion
On finishing your course your results will be submitted to Qualsafe, this can take up to 3 days. You will receive a digital eCertificate, this will be followed later by a printed certificate.
If you require confirmation of course attendance and completion immediately, please inform the training staff so that an email can be sent out, this will cover the interim period whilst waiting for your eCertificate.
First Aid Refresher Courses and Half Day Training
The 1/2 day courses will run between 9 am and 12 pm or between 1 pm and 4 pm. The time will be stated on the course when you purchase online.
Cancellations and amendments
Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your course date, we do not provide refunds but will move the learner to the next available course, however, this will only be done twice.
If we are not informed with at least 48 hours notice the course place cannot be allocated to another learner and the date can be changed to another course.

At First Aid and Safety Training will believe that practice makes perfect, therefore, in a majority of our courses we like our students to get as hands-on as possible. You will have plenty of opportunities to practice your newly acquired First Aid skills when you attend one of our First Aid Courses at our First Aid Training Centres in South Shields, Gateshead, Sunderland, Boldon or we provide onsite training at your workplace.
