Taught by Adam who was fantastic,who was supported by Helen,who was equally fantastic.

The training was very informative and yet delivered at a pace that suited all candidates. The delivery flows nicely and is very professional , yet informal and engaging.
The level of cover is excellent and the content has a wide variation of topics covered, to meet the needs of any business/ incident.
Use of the defibrillator during CPR, gives you the confidence to use your new skills to save lives, I found the link up to the app, to measure accuracy of performance an excellent aid, again instilling confidence in me to perform the procedure when it is ever needed.
The equipment used was a great aid in the delivery and showed you how it would be in as near to a real life experience.
The facilitator’s knowledge and experience shines through the course content and in the delivery, keeping everyone engaged.
Finally the cost of this service was great value for money in comparison to other providers, when checking online.

Incredible training centre. Would highly recommend for quality, fully accredited first aid training. The course is led by exceptional staff who are very welcoming and informed. Training only took 6 hours and covered a wide range of aid including resuscitation, defibrillator and wound dressing to name a few. Would highly recommend for anyone needing or with an interest in quality accredited first aid training for work or personal interest. Definitely a 10 out 10 in my experience.

First Aid and Safety Training In South Shields
All of our open-to-the-public First Aid courses are completed at our First Aid Training Centre in South Shields. Here we complete numerous First Aid courses every month, including the 1-day Emergency First Aid at Work Course, the 3-day First Aid at Work Course plus Paediatric First Aid Training, some of these courses include blended (online) learning so you can learn at your own pace and attend our training centre to complete the practical elements and assessments of the course.

Adam McKinnon
Adam has over 25 years of experience as an instructor whose focus is to help learners retain knowledge and skills by making an environment, friendly and fun.
He is very approachable and has a wealth of experience with First Aid and dealing with emergency and high stress situations.
Helen McKinnon
Helen manages the business and will normally be your first point of contact with the business, if you have any questions about attending any of the courses, group bookings or workplace training, Helen is the one who will answer your questions.
