Changes to HSE Approval of First Aid Qualifications

Option 1: Awarding Body Regulated Training
- Governed by Ofqual or SQA.
- Certificates will have the Ofqual logo.
- No need to use the HSE checklist; Ofqual registration guarantees compliance.
Ensure the course is Ofqual regulated. Certificates must display the Ofqual logo to be valid and exempt from due diligence.
Option 2: Non-Awarding Body Regulated Training
- Certificates will not have the Ofqual logo.
- You must check the training provider and trainers yourself.
