Our Blended First Aid at Work Course is designed to give learners the knowledge, confidence and practical skills needed to deal with a wide range of workplace first aid situations. The blended learning format combines flexible online study with practical classroom based training delivered by experienced instructors.
The online section allows learners to complete part of the theory training at their own pace before attending the practical classroom sessions at One Trinity Green. During the face-to-face training, learners will complete hands-on practical activities, real-life scenarios and assessments to help build confidence in responding to emergencies in the workplace.
The First Aid at Work qualification is suitable for higher-risk workplaces or organisations that require a fully qualified workplace first aider in line with HSE recommendations.

FAW Requalification and Annual Refresher Training
The HSE strongly recommends that all workplace first aiders complete annual refresher training to help keep their practical skills and confidence up to date between qualifications.
Your First Aid at Work certificate is valid for 3 years. Before it expires, learners must complete a 2-day First Aid at Work Requalification Course to renew their qualification and continue acting as a workplace first aider.
