This hands-on, community-based session is open to everyone aged 12 and over and is designed to give you the confidence and knowledge to act in an emergency.

Delivered by First Aid Saves Lives CIC and proudly supported by The National Lottery Community Fund, this workshop includes practical CPR training, defibrillator use (AED), and basic life support (BLS) awareness, followed by a free buffet at the end of the session.

Empowering Our Community to Save Lives

Our Free CPR and Defib Workshop, Marsden Road CA, South Shields is being held in partnership with Groundwork to help local residents and volunteers gain vital lifesaving skills.

This 3-hour interactive workshop is delivered in a friendly and accessible way, suitable for all abilities.

About This Workshop

This Free CPR and Defib Workshop, Marsden Road CA, South Shields teaches essential life skills but does not provide a formal first aid qualification.

All participants receive a Certificate of Participation upon completion.

If you’d like to gain a recognised first aid qualification (such as Emergency First Aid at Work or Paediatric First Aid), please visit First Aid and Safety Training.

When you book through them, 20% of your course fee is donated to First Aid Saves Lives CIC, helping us deliver more free community workshops.
