Learn Lifesaving CPR and Defib Skills
Join our Save A Life Community CPR and Defib Workshop, designed to give you the confidence and knowledge to act quickly in a first aid emergency. This 2–3 hour interactive workshop covers basic life support (BLS), CPR techniques, and the safe use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
Whether you are part of a community group, workplace, or local organisation, this workshop helps everyone learn how to save a life. It’s suitable for all ages (12+) and abilities, and can be delivered at your venue or at a local location arranged by our team.
Workshop Options
We believe everyone deserves access to lifesaving skills — that’s why we offer three ways to take part:

Refunds and Changes
Please note that refunds are not available. However, workshop dates can be changed with a minimum of 7 days’ notice.

Important Information
This workshop provides valuable life skills but does not result in a formal first aid qualification. All participants will receive a Certificate of Participation on completion.
