It was an excellent days training I was very apprehensive about the day having been to others. We were all made very welcome, Adam was very clear and knowledgeable about all subjects, he encouraged feed back and was in no way condescending. Everyone was relaxed and enjoyed the day. I attended the first aid course and I loved every minute of it. It was very light hearted and the instructors made it fun but very informative they certainly know there stuff I would 100% advise anyone wanting to do a first aid course to use there services.

Brilliant First Aid Course. Trainers Adam and Helen McKinnon were knowledgeable and friendly. Tea and coffee made available with chocolate biscuits so a good start 👍I've been to a few courses over the years but this was far the best. Nothing was over complicated, easy to remember information, I feel confident enough to preserve life if I was ever in that circumstance. Definitely recommend.

I attended my Emergency First Aid Course with First Aid & Safety Training run by Adam McKinnon. Found the whole course very satisfying with an instructor who has a wealth of knowledge. I found him very down to earth, very approachable, helpful and would have no hesitation in recommending Adam and his company to anyone. As for me I’m looking forward to getting my grade & Receiving my certificate.

This was my first first aid course. I now feel confident in using everything taught. Excellent teaching with easily understood recourses and activities. They took me from a nervous novice to a competent first aider. I highly recommend the course.

What a great training experience! The trainers were friendly, fun and most of all knowledgeable. The group of participants were really engaging and supportive. I particular benefitted from the CPR module which included using a difib. I left the training feeling confident and reassured. Would highly recommended this company best First Aid training Ive ever had!!

First Aid training with these guys was fun, easy to follow and very well put together. They were very helpful with any questions we had and managed to make the day fun and interactive. 100% reccommend.

Brilliant. Me and my work colleague had a 1 day first aid training course and it's something I recommend everybody should do. The instructor was excellent and full of knowledge and put us at ease straight away. In my test at the end I got 100% so thanks to the team.

Outstanding course and tutors Adam and Helen made the course so knowledgeable by making it so fun, it felt more like a day off work than an obligatory course we had to do. I’d highly recommend using these guys for first aid course needs, as it really made it a difference in the knowledge that I retained.

Training was superb. It was person centred and friendly. It was very interactive and delivered at a great pace. Both Adam and Helen were extremely helpful and patient, and over all created a fantastic environment.

What a great EFAW course i attended today. Taught by Adam who was fantastic,who was supported by Helen,who was equally fantastic. We were an open group,from various walks of life and we all got on great. The course itself was fun,lighthearted yet comprehensive,without being mind numbing or overbearing. A great mix of power point and practical exercises,one of the best courses i have been on. I will certainly be using again,at renewal time,⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Adam and Helen delivered First Aid Training at our Church on 11th February 2023. All our volunteers enjoyed this - they gave everyone many opportunities to practice new skills and were friendly and professional in their delivery. Would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone requiring this training.

Great First Aid Training The training was very informative and yet delivered at a pace that suited all candidates. The delivery flows nicely and is very professional , yet informal and engaging. The level of cover is excellent and the content has a wide variation of topics covered, to meet the needs of any business/ incident. Use of the defibrillator during CPR, gives you the confidence to use your new skills to save lives, I found the link up to the app, to measure accuracy of performance an excellent aid, again instilling confidence in me to perform the procedure when it is ever needed.

Exceptional first aid training, fully accredited. Incredible training centre. Would highly recommend for quality, fully accredited first aid training. The course is led by exceptional staff who are very welcoming and informed. Training only took 6 hours and covered a wide range of aid including resuscitation, defibrillator and wound dressing to name a few. Would highly recommend for anyone needing or with an interest in quality accredited first aid training for work or personal interest. Definitely a 10 out 10 in my experience.

Excellent trainers I now have far more confidence and I feel like I got a lot from the course. fantastic trainers probably one of the best trainers in all the courses I have attended in the past, very professional, polite and informative who kept you engaged in the topic.

Amazing through and through! Such a good training provider! Extremely professional and made the whole experience comfortable and easy and I would normally feel quite nervous and shy to participate or speak out but was not the case this time. 5* First Aid Training I attended a 1 day First Aid course. Delivered in a small group. The course was well delivered , a mixture of power point, relaxed discussions & roll play with excellent equipment to practice with & free refreshments! I will definately be back when I renew in 3 tears.

Hi my name is Chris, I attended a first aid course on the 19th of may, I found the course helpful and the trainer was very patient with me as I have dyslexia, he spoke slowly and clearly for me to understand and if I got stuck he would come over to help me, I would recommend these trainers to anyone who wants to learn first aid.
